Obesity: The nerves will be compressed due to the extra body weight.

Resting: The most well-known and effective treatment is resting the tissue that is currently under pressure. Let it rest for a bit to recover and after a while, it will be good as new.

- Avoid injuries during strength training or in daily life while lifting weights or moving the body recklessly.
- Don’t do the same range of motion every day. For example, if you’re an office worker and are required to sit for hours on end, make sure to take frequent breaks for a few minutes and take a walk to move the muscles.
